Well lets start with what we're not ...

We're not a supermarket getting another faceless and unreachable company to make and send their photo gifts, no call centres here! If you want to talk to the people who make your gifts at photostuffdirect just phone us and we'll run through to the workshop!

We're not interested in making a fast buck selling poor quality, cheap gifts, our stuff is the best you will find. For instance our photo mugs have the photo top to bottom and wrapping all round the mug and not a pathetic little picture in a sea of white ceramic! We don't do disappointing

We're not happy unless you are delighted with the service you get from us, ITS OUR JOB TO GET YOUR PHOTO GIFT EXACTLY HOW YOU WANT IT!

OK so what are we then?

We're now in our 4th year of supplying you with top quality 'photo gifts' delighting 1000s of you happy photostuff people !

We love to chat on the phone and always answer in person... no robots here (unless we're busy putting your photos on stuff). So if you need any help just call and we'll bore you till you hang up!!

We are a gifted bunch of printers and designers who have come from different working backgrounds including graphics display printing, interior design, running photo labs, textile production, ink sales and pie tasting.

We launched this website after the realization that buying stuff from the internet is just so incredibly boooorrrring .... So we thought we'd inject a bit of life into the proceedings, however rest assured we are very serious about site secuity, if you want to find out more just click on the THAWTE logo at the top of every page.

We're always thinking about new products and are open to suggestions and if you have an idea that could improve our service or product range in any way let us know!! contact us here or visit our blog and leave us a comment here (clean please). (ah ..Chris said it doesn't have to be clean).
